Our Event Space
We have a unique venue space in the downtown area of Wood River. The high ceilings and wood floors will add so much to your event!
We can comfortably accommodate groups between 35-45. We can even handle a few more if needed, no problem.
Office Space
We have offices available for day use and long-term leases.
For our long-term leases, your lease includes limited use of the event space.
For day use, if you need a private office to work at, we have desks available and high speed internet to connect to.

If you are looking for a meeting location and need something shorter, talk to us. We know meetings and parties have different needs.
Interested in more than 10 hours? You can book the whole day for just a little more.

Cleaning fee: all events have a $75 cleaning fee in addition to the event price. This helps us to restock supplies, and make sure our space is ready for the next guests!
Additional Hour by Hour
Need more flexibility than the options provided? Think you may go over your time? Just let us know and we can work with you.
Consider this when you need extra time the evening before or the morning after for set-up or clean-up.
We have an hourly rate of $100 to add on for any time already booked.
The Whole Day or Multiple Days
Interested in multiple days for a special event or multiple days of meetings? We are flexible.
Talk to us and we can work with you on pricing for your event. The more days you put together, the lower the cost package we can put together.
